La recherche de salle a commencé fin février. L'évolution de nombre d'adhérent nous a ammené à revoir au fil du temps les critères. Les critères finaux étaient: au moins 350 places assises[11] ;  desservie par les transports en commun ; budget max (non publié pour éviter que les fournisseurs ne se calent dessus) [11]. En option mais souhaitable: liaison wifi (capable de tenir la quantité) ; sandwicherie/snack/boissons ou commerces de restauration à proximité ; couverture vidéo en streaming ; retro-projecteur depuis un PC ; des prises électriques et des tables pour les participants.

Le dossier était attendu complet, et devant contenir le descriptif de l'ensemble de l'accueil afin que le CAP puisse choisir la salle en connaissance de cause: adresse de la salle, devis, heure de début, heure de fin, budget bouche (boisson, snacks), combien d'organisateur, capacité, stream vidéo O/N, transports, propositions d'hébergement (liste d’hôtels, couchsurfing), etc etc.

Aucune salle, ni dans le dossier IdF, ni dans le dossier de Strasbourg ne répond aux critères. Le choix de la salle a été ajournée, et les candidatures ont été rouvertes aux autres villes.


* La date de l'AG ayant fait à un moment l'objet d'un flottement a cependant été maintenue et confirmée. Un nouveau délai a été fixé au 30/07/12 pour des propositions de salle. Un nouveau dépouillement des proposition est fait le 30/07/2012 [15], et la décision finale est repoussée de quelques jours pour laisser à PPRA le temps de répondre (ils avaient indiqué avoir des pistes). Finalement, au 06/08, nous n'avions qu'une seule ville candidate (Paris) et deux salles proposées, la salle Picasso proposée par Harpalos et le cirque Aliboro proposé par TXO [13].
